perseverance: 1)continuing in a course of action without regard to discouragement, opposition or previous failure. 2)persistent determination to adhere to a plan of direction; insistence.
If there is anything more important to your success than perseverance it is defining your "Why." Without a "Why" there is nothing to persevere in. That being said, perseverance is the most important ingredient in your success! Anyone who's ever been successful at anything has had to persevere...overcoming obstacles, discouragement and failure. It is much easier to quit and fall back into our comfort zones than to persevere and achieve our goals. That is why so few people are truly successful at anything. Lack of perseverance destroys our credibility and calls our integrity into question. Many plant the seeds but don't stick around for the harvest. If you are a person of integrity, you are making your self ready for the arrival. Your ship will come in!

- I'm the oldest of four, one brother, two sisters. My parents and grandparents owned a Grocery business. I started working there at five years old. I played drums in a rock band in the 70's. I played football and wrestled in High School and College, then coached football and wrestling at Healdsburg High School (after work) for twenty years. I am currently an assistant football coach at HHS. I started out as an Electronics Technician at Hewlett-Packard in 1977. After five years I moved into Supervision, then became a Materials Engineering Manager. I was downsized in March 2003 when we moved Manufacturing to Malaysia. I started my business because I knew I would eventually be loosing my Management position due to "Off-shoring" of business. We wanted more choices and we wanted to be in control of our time, money and destiny!
